Spahn House is a 1904 southern mansion operated by an experience hospitality family as a professional, full-time historic inn for over 20 years. Up to 5 individual suites all with private baths are available when booking this extraordinary and modernized property. We, the owners have taken great pains to preserve and recreate the ambiance and experience of a bygone era. The home has 12 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, crown moulding and picture rails, and original leaded glass windows. Each of the bedrooms in the main house is individually decorated with antiques, comfortable beds, high ceilings, fans and transom doors. Yet each has a private bath, some with jacuzzi tubs, and all have complimentary cable and wireless internet service (which are also available throughout the home and property). Also, as a professional historic inn, although the beds are fine antiques, we have purchased superior hotel-standard bedding throughout. Master bedroom has dresser as well as tv equipped with dish television with smart tv. Your kitchen has an gas stove and oven, microwave and Coffee machine and toaster and dishwasher. In the drawers you will find some coffee, creamers and sugar. Bottled water is in the refrigerator and flat ware is on the right side of the sink. Dish towels and a lighter is also in the drawer. Your home away is stocked with plate, cups, mugs and a variety of pots and pans and paper napkins. Extra towels and sheets are in the bath in the main bed room. As you walk through the kitchen the washer-dryer are behind the curtain in the kitchen. Through the door brings you to a fenced back yard with BBQ grill and lots of shade.
